TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Refund: By paying for the course, the student accepts that no refund will be made in case of withdrawal from the course. However, in situations of course cancellation, beHAP will evaluate the case on a case-by-case basis. The refund, if applicable, will be limited to the registration fee, excluding any additional expenses incurred by the student.
- Reservation: The reservation is valid only for the specific course and date selected. If the student is unable to attend, the reservation cannot be transferred to another course, venue or date without prior agreement with the registration area. It is recommended to confirm participation no later than 2 weeks prior to the course.
- Changes in the Course Practical Venue: beHAP may make changes in the practical venue of the course for logistical or unforeseen reasons. The student will be notified at least 3 weeks in advance. In case the change is not convenient for the student, he/she will be allowed to transfer his/her registration to another course of equivalent value, subject to availability of places. Requests for changes must be handled directly with the enrollment area.
- Course Cancellation: In the event that beHAP cancels a course due to lack of students or force majeure, the student will be offered new dates and/or venues for the course. If these options are not acceptable or viable for the student, beHAP will proceed to the total refund of the registration fee. However, it is important to note that NO ADDITIONAL EXPENSES SUCH AS AIRFARE, LAND TRANSPORTATION, ACCOMMODATION OR OTHER SERVICES CONTRACTED BY THE STUDENT WILL BE COVERED OR REIMBURSED. The company will notify the cancellation of the course at least 3 weeks in advance.
- Participation in the classroom sessions of the ISAK certification:Upon enrollment, the student agrees to participate in all practical sessions, which include the measurement of the human body using the anthropometric technique. The student agrees to be both subject and evaluator, taking and receiving measurements from other students during the sessions. Active participation in these practical sessions is indispensable to fulfill the course requirements.
- Attendance Requirement to obtain the ISAK Certificate: To obtain the ISAK certificate, the student must attend all the practical sessions in person. Any absence, even for justified reasons, may jeopardize the certification. In exceptional cases, beHAP will evaluate make-up alternatives, as long as they do not affect the integrity of the evaluation process.
- Hands-on Practice Tools: During the practical sessions, beHAP will provide the necessary instruments and tools. However, the student will need to purchase the specific anthropometric equipment required to complete the post-course evaluations. beHAP will be able to offer vendor recommendations and exclusive student discounts.
- Obtaining the Certificate: The payment of the course does not guarantee the automatic obtaining of the ISAK certificate. In order to receive the certification, the student must successfully pass the theoretical exam, the practical exam and complete the post-course evaluations. In addition, all attendance requirements must be met.
POLICY ACCEPTANCE CONSENT
This document serves as proof that the student, by enrolling in any course organized by beHAP, acknowledges and accepts all the terms and conditions established in the current policies. The student understands and accepts that in case of cancellation of the course by the organization, beHAP will only refund the registration fee, and will not be responsible for additional expenses, such as transportation, accommodation or other services contracted by the student.
Likewise, the student acknowledges his/her responsibility to attend all the classroom sessions required to obtain the ISAK certification and agrees to participate in the anthropometric measurement practices in accordance with the course regulations.
